1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the QuickLanding online service.
The service is provided by Lukácsi Szilárd e.v. (the Provider).
By using the service – whether by registering or logging in – the user (the User) accepts the terms set out in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
These Terms form part of the contract between the Provider and the User and apply to all functions available on the QuickLanding website and related subdomains.
The following laws apply in particular to the use of the service:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
- Applicable Hungarian civil, consumer protection, electronic commerce and tax laws
2. Description of the service
QuickLanding is an AI-driven website generation service that allows you to create modern, professional websites based on URL, description or documents.
2.1. Service features
- Landing page generation from URL (scraping and regenerating a site)
- Landing page generation from description
- Combined mode: URL + custom description
- Document and image upload
- Editing and refining generated pages
- Subdomain and custom domain setup
3. User account
Registration is required to use the service. The User must:
- provide true, accurate and up-to-date information when registering
- be responsible for account security (keeping the password secret, using a strong password)
- not share login details or the account with third parties
- notify the Provider immediately if unauthorised access to the account is suspected
The Provider may suspend or delete accounts that are created with false data or used in breach of these terms.
4. Content and responsibility
The User is solely responsible for all content uploaded to QuickLanding or generated and published through the service.
The User must ensure that:
- uploaded or generated content does not infringe third-party rights (including personality, copyright and other IP rights)
- generated page content complies with applicable laws and does not contain illegal, misleading or unethical material
- the service is not used for spam, unsolicited advertising or any abusive purpose
- third-party personal data is processed only lawfully and with an appropriate legal basis
The Provider may temporarily disable publicly available content where infringement is suspected and may notify the competent authorities.
5. Service availability
The Provider aims to keep the QuickLanding service available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service may be temporarily limited or unavailable due to:
- maintenance or development work
- network or other technical failure
- issues with external providers (e.g. hosting)
Such outages do not in themselves constitute a breach of contract; the Provider will make reasonable efforts to restore service as soon as possible.
6. Data processing
The Provider processes Users’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, in particular the GDPR.
Detailed rules on data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy must be read together.
7. Intellectual property
Content of generated websites is owned by the User.
The QuickLanding platform, software and all other elements of the service are owned by the Provider.
8. Changes to and termination of the service
We reserve the right to:
- modify or discontinue the service at any time
- suspend or delete user accounts if the user breaches these terms
- amend these Terms; we will notify users of any changes
9. Limitation of liability
The Provider is not liable for:
- AI-generated content that is not fully accurate, up-to-date or complete; the User is always responsible for checking and approving final content
- damage arising from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading data provided by the User
- damage arising from the operation, failure or downtime of third parties (e.g. domain registrar, hosting, email or other external providers)
- indirect or consequential damage (e.g. lost profit, lost business opportunity, lost conversions or reputational harm)
10. Changes
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
We will notify users of changes.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
