The controller applies the GDPR and relevant Hungarian law (including data protection, electronic commerce and accounting rules) to the processing of personal data.

3. Legal basis for processing
Depending on the purpose, processing is based in particular on:
- Performance of contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) – data needed for registration, login and use of QuickLanding.
- Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) – e.g. data retained for invoicing and accounting.
- Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) – to ensure security, operation and prevention of abuse.
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) – where we explicitly ask for consent (e.g. for marketing).
4. Purposes of processing
Data is processed mainly to:
- create and manage user accounts
- generate and store websites
- provide and improve the service
- provide technical support
- carry out security measures
- comply with legal obligations
- communicate with you
5. Retention
We retain data until the purpose is fulfilled or as required by law:
- Account data – for the life of the account and up to 30 days after deletion (for recovery).
- Generated websites and settings – until the site or account is deleted.
- Technical logs – generally up to 90 days.
- Invoicing and accounting data – at least 8 years under accounting law.
- Other legally required data – as specified by the relevant law.
6. Sharing data
We share data with third parties only:
- Service providers – e.g. cloud or hosting providers involved in running the system, with appropriate data protection safeguards.
- Where required by law – if legislation or authority procedure so requires.
- Legitimate interest – to protect the service and data security.
7. Third-party services
